O’Hara supports Spurs to bring Frank to manage if Ange is fired

Former Spurs midfielder Jamie O’Hara has backed his old club to sack Ange Postecoglou and bring in Brentford boss Thomas Frank as his replacement.

The “Spurs” are in a terrible form, winning just one of their last seven games in all competitions, and are currently 11th in the Premier League table, seven points behind top-four target Manchester City.

The Australian has been criticise for his tactics in recent weeks after his side conceded goals, and O’Hara believes that if Ange does not change his style of play, his side will continue to suffer, and believes Frank is the right man.

“If Ange Postecoglou is still as flustered as he is, I’m afraid he’s going to have to go. Sorry, but Daniel Levy has got to get him out,” O’Hara told Grosvenor Sport. “You can keep playing that football and defending that way.”

“I like Thomas Frank and I would love to have him at Spurs every day. If Ange leaves, I think he would be a good fit for Tottenham if we can get him out of Brentford.”

“He’s done a great job there UFABET and if Ange leaves, he’d be someone I’d look up to.”

O’Hara also feels that Nuno Espirito Santo, who Tottenham sacked after just four months in charge, is showing the sort of in-game management at fifth-placed Nottingham Forest that Postecoglou often struggles with.

“Spurs went to the extreme with Jose Mourinho. His football was tough to watch—defensive and rigid—but they did win games,” O’Hara added.
