Napoli manager Antonio Conte has revealed that attacking tactics will have to change in the absence of injured Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Kvaratskhelia picked up an injury in the last game against Lazio and is expected to be out for several weeks at a time when Napoli are struggling, losing back-to-back games against the same opposition in the Coppa Italia and Serie A.

Asked about Kvaratskhelia’s replacement, with Brazilian forward-winger David Neres expected to be in the mix, Conte said: “You will see (on Saturday). I haven’t decided who will play yet.”

“You will see my decisions and everyone’s involvement. We still have training at the hotel (on Saturday). We try different formations and we will see what works best for the game.”

“The approach is still the same, work, work, work. We are happy with what we have done, with the players, with the fans, all the good things, but we can improve in every aspect.”

Napoli’s latest opponent, Lazio, beat Ajax 3-1 in the Europa League on Thursday and are the table leaders in the competition after six rounds.
